A downloadable spooky roguelike for Windows
Soultower is a roguelike platformer where a lost soul must climb a tower to gain another chance of living again.
Possess enemies to use their skills against themselves, throw enemies at each other disposing of their bodies and talk with the warm guide of the tower Fatuu.
Joystick or Arrows to move.
RT or Space Bar to possess or unpossess enemies
Button A or Z key to jump while in enemy form
Button B or X key to attack while in enemy form
Xbox Gamepad supported!
Esc to pause game and cancel.

I noticed I can't move at all after talking to Fatuu at any point in the game, it's like I'm stuck in place. Pressing "Restart" does nothing, the only way to fix it is to go back to the main menu, start over, and just not talk to Fatuu. Regardless, the game looks and plays great, congrats to you and the team!
The control lock must be what Shark3143 was talking about, I checked it this weekend and didn't find it... But I have just realised it is only happening in the tutorial! Sorry so much for the trouble >.< I'm uploading a new version with the issue fixed right now. Thank you for playing even with that bug 🖤

Love the style and gameplay concept! Would love to have more of this, it was over too quickly on my first attempt.
The game seems to softlock if you talk to fatuu immediately on a new run, makes the controls lock up.
Thank you! Yeah, we would have loved to add somekind of mechanics that slows you down while keeping the game agile, we had some ideas but we run out of time for devtober... Still not sure a "perfect" solution for it

Sorry for the delay Shark3143, I've just find out the softlock issue was caused by the texts during the tutorial intro, sorry for that. It should be fixed in the 1.1 version ^^
